Returns and exchanges:

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchange on any product unless the product is deemed defective.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Lunair Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Lunair Wellness will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customers to investigate.

Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST should you have any questions. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
